Randy graduated from Texas A&M University in 1980 with a Bachelors degree in Wildlife and Fisheries Sciences. From 1983 to 1999, he was a manager and wildlife biologist for the Bamberger Ranch in Johnson City TX. He earned his Real Estate license in 1998 and worked full time in the real estate business from 1999 to 2014. In 2003, he became a partner in ownership of a real estate company, Dripping Springs Realty, until 2012. From 2002 to 2015, he was also a manager and Wildlife biologist for a ranch near Wimberley, TX. Since 1983, Randy has leased ranchland and owned a cow/calf and meat goat operation.
